Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote company projects.
• Coordinate closely with advertising and media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on marketing materials and media schedules.
• Assist in producing marketing collaterals, including project videos, scale models, online marketing, social media content and effective offline marketing tools.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans and weekly Sales & Marketing presentation materials.
• Coordinate sales launches, promotions, exhibitions and roadshows with internal and external parties.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approvals and ensure timely submission of licenses and required reports.
