Executive, Material Operations

Key Accountabilities:
(a)Maintain accurate material records in the ERP system.
(b)Ensure parts are issued, returned, and accounted for in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.
(c)Assist in resolving part number supersession, alternative part approvals, and engineering queries.
(d)Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce DSS occurrences and improve preload efficiency.
(e)Participate in daily production meetings to align material support with operational priorities.
Preloading of Spares
(a) Review upcoming maintenance tasks and work packages in advance with Operations team to identify required materials.
(b) Liaise with Bay Planners to confirm part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
(c) Check warehouse inventory against work package requirements.
(d) Coordinate with procurement to expedite critical items.
(e) Ensure preloaded spares are kitted and delivered to the designated aircraft bay or staging area prior to commencement...
