Executive - M&E

Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on all MEP and Security System matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop design concepts and outline requirements in accordance with stakeholders’ needs and overall project direction.

Be involved in all project stages including design, design development, project implementation, construction, completion, and Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Review MEP and Security System design drawings and specifications to ensure functionality, practicality, constructability, and regulatory compliance.

Conduct research to stay updated on latest design trends, technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements affecting MEP and Security System works.

Propose and evaluate alternative designs, systems, and product specifications that add value and enhance project outcomes.
