Job Description
- Malaysian citizen;
- Degree or Diploma in Management System, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 2 years experience in networking, office automation;
- Implement. monitor the adherence to the department's objectives, policies, procedures and budget;
- Assist in coordinating any upgrading works on Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS);
- Monitor the performance of TCS and TCSS;
- Ensure completeness of all daily toll transaction data;
- Reconcile toll transaction data if data discrepancy occurred;
- Verify all traffic and revenue data generated by system;
- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly traffic & revenue reports to MHA;
- Ensure Management Information System is well maintained;
- Carry out the administrative tasks that are related to the MIS;
