Executive Network Engagement Leader

Be a driving force for executive collaboration as an Executive Network Engagement Leader at The Conference Board of Canada. Lead the development and growth of Canadian peer Networks while enhancing Member experiences.
In this influential role, you will report to the Head of Canada Operations and manage a team member. Your primary focus will be on enhancing satisfaction and engagement across 100+ Members in multiple Networks. Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless Member experiences and foster valuable connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Member onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Ensure high-quality execution of Network meetings
• Manage feedback to optimize the Member experience
• Support revenue goals through Membership growth
• Develop and apply governance frameworks for Canadian Networks
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience
• Strong background in sales and client engagement (3-4 years)
