Executive Officer, Learning Operations (Systems)

We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Singapore Pools Academy (SgPA) team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, Learning Operations (Systems), the incumbent will support SgPA in strengthening day-to-day learning operations while building future-ready capabilities in learning technologies. The role ensures smooth delivery of core operational processes, including course administration, LMS updates, data accuracy, and learner administration support.
Within established system and policy frameworks, he/she enhances SgPA's learning ecosystem by improving workflows, supporting system governance, and adopting modern digital and AI-enabled tools that reduce manual effort and improve learner experience.
