Job Purpose:

To gain in-depth understanding of the technical, business processes and services, in order to facilitate the implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives, aligned to Group Operations' business strategy, ensuring optimal service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Specialist (Must Have)

1. Use analytical abilities and problem solving to spot potential problems/issues in current process and to provide solution, process improvement or through automation.
2. Use programming skills, such VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Python, Pentaho Designer and any other programming language to solve the technical problem.
3. Perform technical design, development and implementation of automation using vendor's platform or open-source tools based on business requirements.
