Manage the full voyage cycle for spot and time charter fixtures to ensure all charter party requirements are met. Monitor vessel movements and maintain real-time updates within the IMOS operations module. Coordinate pre-fixture activities including the submission of Q88s, trading certificates, and stowage plans. Review fixture recaps and provide clear proceeding instructions to Masters regarding speed and consumption.
