Executive, Operations (Experiential Marketing)
 operations Singapore (HQ) Permanent We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in exhibitions to oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs of our events & conferences. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who understands the logistical and operational demands of event life cycles & environments and ensures smooth execution across all phases. 
A Day in the Life:
Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
Liaise with vendors on event set up, work progress and work schedules
Prepare quotation and manage vendors on site
Prepare project-budget and billing
Coordinate work between team and vendors to ensure the projects run smoothly
