Executive - Operations Support (Paradigm Mall JB)

Job description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Executive – Operations Support to manage and enhance the performance of Paradigm Mall JB Food Arcade. This role will play a key part in supporting daily operations, coordinating with food vendors, handling administrative and promotional tasks, engaging with customers, and driving footfall through events and social media. The ideal candidate combines strong operational know-how with excellent communication and marketing skills.

Job Descriptions:

Office Administration

• Handle all paperwork and documentation related to food court operations, including vendor documentation, work schedule and management reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to support smooth operations.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist Food Court Operations Manager for any ad hoc task.
