Executive, Order Processing

Job Summary

Responsible for warehouse and logistics day-to-day activities, including order processing for local trips, outstation trips, and export to be issued accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal and external customers' orders liaise with customers in case of non-fulfilment. Prepare delivery documentations and send to warehouses for picking arrangements.
• To process promotion items based on the POSM/product and packaging.
• Responsible for preparing export documents for dry stock , ice cream , smallware's & equipment.
• To prepare PR related to vehicles & warehouse as required.
• Timely input of information into the logistics database, and prepare reports or presentation slides for periodic performance review.
• After periodic stock reconciliation, update stock figures in the ERP system. Generate and provide reports to the finance, purchasing, operations and other relevant departments...
