Executive - Packaging

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Packaging to manage and supervise packaging operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day packaging operations
• Ensure packaging is done as per quality, quantity, and timeline requirements
• Monitor packaging materials usage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and packaging standards
• Maintain packaging records, reports, and documentation
• Handle manpower allocation for packaging activities
• Identify and implement process improvements in packaging operations

Requirements

• Master's / Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging operations (manufacturing/Packaging Industry preferred)
