At Athena, we're building the future of executive support. As an Executive Partner (XP), you'll act as the strategic right hand to ambitious founders, investors, creators, and leaders—helping them think bigger, move faster, and live better.
What You'll Do
Manage high-stakes scheduling, communication, and priorities.
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep clients ahead.
Support strategic initiatives, research, and executive-level projects.
Build trust with clients and their extended teams.
Create polished presentations and content.
