Become the Executive Patient Coordinator at TELUS Health Care Centre in Toronto, focused on delivering a personalized, high-quality experience for our patients. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM PST on-site.
As the initial point of contact, you will create a welcoming environment, build meaningful relationships, and guide patients through our various services. Leveraging your sales or hospitality expertise, you will enhance patient interactions and follow up to boost engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
