About the Role

We are seeking a Payment Executive to join our Group Payment team. This role ensures smooth payment processing, accurate trade data capture, and compliance with internal controls, supporting both local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure payment processing is efficient, accurate, and aligned with group objectives.
• Capture oil trade data accurately in HQ contract module for payment control.

• Act as Group Signatory for:

• Payments – verify contracts, purchase orders, service agreements, and approved services (e.g., banking fees, legal fees, surveyor fees).

• Ensure payments are made to the correct party, at the correct price and quantity, with no duplication.
