Role Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large, shift-based employee base across multiple locations.
• Ensure accuracy in salary calculations including night shift differentials, and attendance-linked incentives.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage employee benefits, deductions, and taxation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax codes, and labor legislation.
