Executive, Private Capital Management

The Role

This position will be assisting in fund management matters and supporting various business units in the capacity of portfolio management and fundraising for private real estate funds.

Job Responsibilties

• Assist in fund modeling and other fund administration matters.
• Assist in actively managing established funds.
• Involve in administration of all requisite documentation and reports.
• Work closely with Asset, Investment and Finance teams to better understand their business plans and prepare regular updates for internal reporting as well as reporting to investors.
• Facilitate dissemination of Group wide updates and developments.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Accounting or its equivalent.
