Job Description:
Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Request (PR) sourcing to Purchasing Order (PO) issuance to support the needs of Business Units and meet agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets

Conduct sourcing/ competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for the company

Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplier

Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered

Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC)
-
Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures

Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
