Executive, Procurement & Tender Support
 contracts/procurement Singapore (HQ) Permanent A Day in the Life:
Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and efficiency for projects and operations
Assist in vendor pre-qualification, approvals, and performance reviews to ensure a reliable and competitive vendor pool
Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for awarded projects and provide procurement and cost support for pre-award tender submissions, ensuring compliance with Companys procurement policies
Provide procurement and vendor cost inputs to support tender and bid submissions where needed
Support the procurement and development / execution procurement protocols
Maintain and update the approved vendor list, support the sourcing of new suppliers to meet business requirements
