This
brand communications agency, with offices all over the world, is looking for an
Executive Producer to join their growing office in Singapore. You'll be
overseeing the delivery of experiential events for a number of exciting and
well-known brands. You will also be involved in growing and then managing the
Production team in Singapore.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the management,
  development and growth of the Production team
• Managing the delivery of
  product launches, press events, activations, festivals etc
• Producing RFPs and RFIs -
  guiding the development, timeline, writing and presentation
• Preparing budgets and
  quotations for clients (using Procim)
• Sourcing for and managing
  third party suppliers
• Organising regular team
