                    Job Description
Lead and oversee Production Engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. 
Plan, allocate, and monitor resources to meet project schedules and operational targets. 
Implement, monitor, and analyze monthly departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
Review engineering drawings to ensure production feasibility and hull structural efficiency. 
Interpret ship design drawings and prepare Production Engineering (PE) deliverables. 
Ensure timely issuance of PE deliverables and AFC drawings in accordance with project schedules. 
Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, NUPAS, TEKLA) for 2D/3D modeling and nesting software (e.g., NESITX, ALMA CAM) to optimize material usage. 
Coordinate with design engineers and production teams to clarify technical specifications. 
Implement and maintain departmental operating procedures aligned with organizational goals.
