Overview


Location : Gummudipundi
Position Objectives :

+ Assist in planning of production activities by ensuring uninterrupted production and on time delivering to customers.


Responsibilities


+ Responsible for giving inputs for production planning including demand forecasting, production scheduling and ordering of material.

+ Responsible for production control like the sequencing of jobs, updating time schedules, etc.,

+ Responsible for stock control, quality control, health and safety issues and the maintenance and replacement of production equipment- yield improvements, inventory accuracy of (WIP) 99%, maintain FPY more than 99.5%, and zero incident of product failures.

+ Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed- achieving plan VS actual less than 99%.

+ Maintaining on average record of 98% on time delivery over the last three years.
