Job Description:

• Assist in leading, managing, and supervising operators in the daily operations of refining plants, fractionation plants, supporting plants, and tank farm, focusing on production, quality, food safety, RSPO, ESH & FSSC.
• Ensure sufficient competent manpower and resources for smooth plant operations and optimal plant utilization.
• Ensure production plants operate efficiently according to the production program or plan to meet customer needs through daily briefings with operators.
• Coordinate and implement weekly production programs/plans for all confirmed orders received.
