Job Description:

• Assist in leading, managing and supervising the operators in the daily operations of refining plants, fractionation plants, supporting plants and tank farm in the aspects of production, Quality, Food Safety, RSPO, ESH & FSSC.
• Ensure sufficient competent manpower and resources for smooth plant operations and at optimum plant utilization.
• Ensure the production plants are run efficiently as per production program or planning to meet the customers’ need and demand through daily briefing with operators.
• Interact, coordinate, disseminate and implement the production program/planning weekly for all confirmed orders received.
