Executive - Programme (TOUCH Adventures)

Job Summary: The incumbent is expected to design and implement educational camp for Youths, inculcating adventure-based learning and making them realise their potential outside of their curriculum abilities. The incumbent is also tasked to infuse adventure-based counselling into camps for those in need as to bring the best in them. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Design and develop outdoor and adventure-based learning programmes, including leadership, team-building and counselling camps for diverse groups such as youths, special needs youths, youth-at-risk, working adults and families. Collaborate with different departments in TOUCH and external parties to serve the clients' adventure-based needs. Prepare post-camp reports. Research on trends and needs to better develop our camps and programmes to serve the clients better.
