Role Purpose
As an Executive, you will support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of property development projects in Singapore. The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Implementation
Support the Project Manager in managing development projects from design development through construction to TOP and handover
Coordinate with consultants (Architects, C&S, M&E, QS, Landscape, ID, etc.) to ensure timely submissions, responses, and approvals
Track project programmes, milestones, and deliverables, highlighting potential delays or risks
Assist in monitoring site progress and construction activities
