Role Purpose The Project Executive supports the Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of property development projects in Singapore. This technical role provides exposure to project planning, consultant coordination, authority submissions, and construction delivery, and includes hands‑on responsibility for project documentation, paperwork, and meeting coordination, ensuring that records, submissions and communications are well organised and up to date.

• Support the Project Manager in managing development projects from design development through construction to TOP and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely design development, submissions, and responses.
