The Protégé program is designed for recent graduates from IT-related courses and will span a duration of 12 months. It offers valuable on-the-job training opportunities and is available within our subsidiary, DNeX Solutions Sdn Bhd. Participants will be based at locations in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

Responsible:

• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Manage project files and ensure proper storage and retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Provide administrative support for stakeholder meetings and events.
