Executive PS Configuration

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to manage PS Core O&M operations and proactive KPI monitoring to ensure timely detection and resolution of network anomalies
Job Responsibilities:
Network Availability
To ensure PS Core availability at 99.999%. Taking preventive measures to maintain it including routines,
Ensure end to end connectivity and health checks
KPI Monitoring and reporting
To do regular KPI monitoring to see for any abnormality followed by resolution.
Provide required reporting to the concerned with the analysis based on the physical alarms and failure reasons.
Upgrade/Patch Implementation to support the upgrade / patch implantation on adhoc basis for new versions / new services.
Spare Parts Management
To keep updated record of VAS nodes spares inventory and raise the requirement to Team Leads and coordinate with vendor/NOC team.
To co-ordinate with vendor/NOC for emergency situation handling.
