Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the centralized Purchase Technical Evaluation (TE) function within the Procurement Department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness through structured TE sessions, expert pool management, and continuous improvement of TE processes.

Organize and facilitate centralized TE sessions across sourcing projects.
Maintain and implement TE Guidebook.
Ensure transparency and compliance of TE processes including expert behavior and scoring quality.
Monitor and report TE SLA performance and efficiency KPIs; recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with Procurement Oversight Team to enhance TE framework and resolve process gaps.
Ensure mandatory training completion and expert pool data accuracy.
Highlight negative expert performance or behavioral concerns to relevant departments.
