Job Summary

To closely assist in follow-up with suppliers on deliveries for raw and packaging materials and general item or spare part to ensure delivery on-time to meet production plan.

Job Specification

• Bachelor degree in Business studies/ Engineering/ Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint & SAP system
• English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage)
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Strong planning, coordination and negotiation skills
• Able to manage priorities and work independently
• Proactive with strong teamwork skills.
• Capable of working in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
