Role Purpose
This position is responsible for upholding high standards of quality assurance within the organization by conducting audits, organizing training, maintaining records and ensuring quality/compliance while overseeing vendor and budget preparation for the CAMO department.
Key Accountability
Conduct and actively participate in internal and external Quality Audits/Surveillance, safety-related activities, and compile comprehensive audit/surveillance reports.
Oversee the annual audit plan and remind the EQA department regarding upcoming audits.
Strategize, coordinate, and gain approval for internal and external training programs for CAMO staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering competency development.
