Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to ensure authentic and error free evaluation of Customer care Sub departments. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, along with proven leadership qualities and analytical skills.
- To ensure timely development and sharing of Parameters/Scorecards/SLA reports as per defined timelines.
- To develop & update the Service Quality Scorecard Models for all customer care departments.
- To develop analytical reports/presentations and dashboards of respective customer care departments on a regular basis.
- To ensure that he/she is updated regarding Products and Services by appearing in monthly Quiz.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and achieving assigned targets
- Ensure proper behavior/ discipline/ grooming .
- Adhering to the company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
