Job Summary
Responsible for managing document control processes while overseeing the pest control program to ensure compliance with operational standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
Document Control Management:
Maintain and manage quality and pest control documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely submission, tracking, and archiving of monthly and quarterly pest control reports.
Compile audit and pest control record/reports.
Review and analyze patrolling reports and trends, sharing insights with operations on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with management to maintain an updated before and after record for corrective actions.
