Job Description

Minimum 5-8 years experience
Perform advanced quantification across complex structures and integrated systems such as façade, specialized interior finishes. Draft or modify trade-specific preambles, quantify preliminaries and general items, review cost plan quantities, audit team measurements. Apply suitable assumptions (when required) where project information is incomplete. 
Lead preparation and review of cost plans at various stages and tender estimates. 
Analyse and evaluate items of work unit rates to project specifics by incorporating risk factors. Carryout benchmark against similar projects, price preliminaries, reconcile BOQs with budgets, and provide input on cost strategies, sustainability elements, and fee allowances. Oversee and review pricing work prepared by junior team members.
