About the role

Join our dynamic team at Sunrise Binari Group as a full-time Executive, Contracts based in Seri Manjung, Perak. In this role, you will support the administration of construction contracts, tender processes, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Job responsibilities:

• To assist in the registration of sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers in accordance with their discipline upon receiving their company profile.
• To assist source of new contractors for competitive tender.
• To assist in the preparation of documents for submission of quotations / tenders by sub-contractors based on approved construction drawings and specifications.
• To assist in the clarification sessions with sub-contractors for quotations / tenders receive.
