Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated Executive - Recovery to join our team and play a crucial role in managing recovery. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recovery of dues while maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, in collaboration with the Sales and Accounts departments, a comprehensive collection plan outlining actions for overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Teams to maintain a detailed registry of receivables, actions taken, and next steps.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients having outstanding dues through visits, calls, emails, and SMS as per the recovery plan.
• Design preventive mechanisms to reduce default risks and ensure timely recoveries.
