**Position Description & Qualifications**

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a highly strategic **Executive Recruiter** to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and critical leadership roles. This is an opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and shape the organization’s talent strategy while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing TA function.

**Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Herndon VA 3 days per week. Candidates must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area.**

As an Executive Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across Corporate and key business units. You will function as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving proactive talent strategies and delivering high-impact hiring outcomes.
