Job Description
Role: HR Recruiter
Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Ashar IT Park, Thane (Wagle Estate)
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment across various roles and levels
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with stakeholders
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Supporting employer branding and hiring initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Passion for hiring and building strong teams
