Executive (Risk & Governance)

Job Purpose:

Perform, review and monitor MESRA's governance functions to ensure compliance with internal and external policies, standards and guidelines, and statutory requirements. Strengthen governance structures and internal controls to uphold accountability, transparency, and integrity across the organization.

Execute, coordinate and monitor the development and sustainability of MESRA's governance policies, frameworks, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure alignment with PDB and/or PETRONAS standards as well as compliance with legislative and statutory requirements. This includes reviewing and enhancing business procedures, adopting best practices, and streamlining procedures to promote a strong governance culture, protect MESRA's assets and reputation, and support overall business goals and objectives.
