As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will bring over a decade of leadership experience to guide strategic outreach initiatives. This role involves developing compelling donor communications and maintaining strong relationships that enhance giving levels. You will play a vital role in shaping organizational strategy and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dynamic fundraising initiatives to boost donor retention
• Ensure high-quality public engagement and communications
• Foster a diverse and mission-aligned team environment
• Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals
• Serve as an official spokesperson for ethical practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
