Job Description

  Company : 
 Vantage Automotive Limited  Vehicle Ordering: 
 Raise vehicle production orders.
 Submit vehicle orders for management’s approval.
 Create vehicle details in the system.
 Track, upload and report shipment arrivals.
 Report on vehicle inventory.
 Assist vehicle stock take.
  Duty Permit Declarations: 
 Declare duty permit in the Customs Portal upon shipment arrival.
 Update duty permit detail in the system.
 Submit duty payment to Finance Department
  Vehicle Storage Allocation: 
 Efficiently allocate storage space for incoming vehicles
  Vehicle Homologation: 
 Liaise with factory to obtain vehicle test report/documents/letter.
 Submit homologation documents, photos, and application via LTA Portal.
 Ensure homologation approval before vehicle launches.
