Executive, Sales (Feed & Raw Material)

FFM Berhad, Sungai Buloh, Selangor This is a sales role that encompasses mostly field work from securing sales to handling payment collections for the animal feed and raw materials division. This person will develop new customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships. Responsibilities Sustain and grow business relationships with existing customers while developing new customers in the feed and raw materials segments. Service customers by taking orders, recommending product solutions, handling complaints, and routine visits to maintain strong business rapport. Coordinate with other sales personnel, order processing team, sales coordinators, and production teams to fulfil customers’ orders.
