Position Summary
The Executive supports the execution and performance of the Joint Business Agreement (JBA) by analysing market data, monitoring performance against JBA targets, and ensuring compliance with JBA terms. The role drives alignment of trade activities, customer engagements, and reporting with JBA strategies, while supporting the preparation of commercial agreements with customers, cargo agents, and freight forwarders. The Executive also acts as a key coordination point across stations and stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation of JBA initiatives and supporting ongoing customer follow‑ups and special projects related to the JBA.
Key Accountabilities
