Executive - Sales Operations (Fresh Graduates)

Sales Operations – FTSE Russell is a middle office function which supports the Global Sales team in efficiently completing the sales process. Moreover, Sales Team is the key face of the business, and it is imperative that we provide adequate support for them to cascade down the best quality service and deliver value to our clients. In addition, Sales Operations work closely with other partners across the business including Finance, Credit Control, Legal & Product Development team. The primary scope of the operations is to provide the best possible information and support to Sales in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of the Sales Operations Team and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager

• The individual will be responsible for the business administration of Global Sales

• Processing of all Sales transactions for the Global Sales Team in accordance with the ISD Sales process.
