Job Description

• Assist in retail business for central market.
• Achieve and exceed revenue target.
• Provide adequate pre and post sales service to domestic customers.
• Responsible for domestic sales and collection performance.
• Identify market needs and trends that potentially convert into sales.
• Collect and compile market intelligence, report and update on competitor activities.
• Provide constructive solutions for customer enquiries and feedback.
• Manage and accomplish sales target set for RTP / CAP / Incentive program.
• Comply to Group ABCMS policy.
• Manage and accomplish individual and team targets.
• Build better market share and position.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials or construction industry is an advantage.
