Job Description

Drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Proactively follow up on leads and attend phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.

Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Prepare and present company products to targeted customers.

Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, roadshows, and online events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.

Organize, follow up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the application/approval of loans for sold products.

Ensure compliance with the sales process by accurately completing and submitting all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.

Coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a smooth flow...
