Executive- Sales Support-Commercial Logistics

Work Location: Subang Jaya
This role requires a dynamic incumbent with strong communication skills, sales experience, CRM proficiency, industry knowledge and a target-driven mindset. You will drive revenue and business growth by conducting outbound calls to prospects, qualifying leads, promoting services, and closing sales opportunities over the phone, ensuring success in meeting targets.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to introduce logistics and freight forwarding services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on inbound leads, inquiries, and quotes to provide information, address questions, and move leads through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
