To provide administrative assistance and supporting in teaching and learning activities for the school.
To assist school in record keeping and documentation such as maintaining MQA filing record to satisfy MQA requirements for audit purpose of the teaching and learning activities.
Acting as secretariat for school’s meeting and prepare the school meeting minutes.
Assist school in resolving academic queries pertaining to student matters and subjects offered in school.
Assist the school on administrative tasks as outline above on some special projects with partners.
Assist Programme Coordinator in managing internship, practical and/or industrial training placement for undergraduate students.
Assist in organizing and arranging school activities with students and AF whenever is necessary.
Set up of Programme structure and/or subject offering as provided by Programme Coordinator
Ensuring the process of add/drop applications are smoothly executed.
