YAP is an EMI pilot licence holder. We are looking for a Company Secretary to support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and Board affairs for a regulated financial institution.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas and drafting of minutes.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SBP regulations, and SECP requirements.
Act as a coordination point for regulatory filings, approvals, and disclosures.
Maintain statutory registers, shareholding records, and capital-related documentation.
Support the Board and management on governance, documentation, and regulatory matters.
Key skills and requirements:
Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Ability to understand discussions, read regulatory documents, and draft clear, professional written content.
